LG Intellowasher WM1611OFD won't start, error code de?

i fixed mine by sticking a magnet with tape ..
Easy steps..
1-find a magnet (any magnet from speakers,toys,keychains..)
2-start your washing cycle .
3-when you see dE error open door
4-move your magnet near the controls.
5-if it starts running ..you just have to stick that magnet on the latch in that position..

Went turned on says dE on it's we have empty the draining whole but nothing seems up with that we have also checked the door and it closed probley so don't no what the it is???

if you remove the top cover on the left hand side is the detergent drawer. take out the draw and remove the three securing screws you will now be able to get the drawer enclosure out. you will now find that one of the inlets will be clogged with gunk. fish this out and put back together. remember to turn the power off before doing any of this

Just checking is the error dE or DE?

dE = Door not shut properly
DE = Drainage problems

I have an LG machine which quite frequently displays errors but never seems to have anything wrong with it! You can find all the code descriptions on LG's website in the owners manuals

bottom of washer open flap turn knob have towel and low edged bowl to collect wter and fluff when empty put back and it will work
