how do i fix my sony erricson phone?

it just stopped working and wont charge its not the battery as ive tried that it just has no power in it at all

hi, my phone did the same thing go to site, www.sonyericsson.com/support, and follow the instructions for down loading the software for the phone, you will need the cable that connects your phone to the usb. port on a computer. the only problem is that you will lose the pictures on your phone i did. but the phone work now. best of luck.
