How can I fix the rubber door seal for a Westinghouse electric oven ?

Model POF 668 W00. I had a hard time removing the old door seal as it was very tightly fitted (clamped). I finally ripped it off. However, there are about 4 "hinges" at the bottom, and some areas where the gap is very very tight. Its almost impossible to fit the seal without removing something or loosening something, But I can't find anything to loosen or remove. Can anyone help?

this is not an easy job, the oven cavity has to be poped forward of the front escuheon. The cavity and escuheon are suported by the outer covers.
seal part # 0188 002 193
be best if you have ~4 x 8gauge x 1" to 1 1/2" self tappers to tempory support the cavity from the side panels
couple of small bits of wood or even a small chopping board ~20mm thick, best if its non metalic to support the cavity while you fit the seal.

Remove the oven door(hold the door open lift the locking tabs onto the hooks on the onderside of the top hinge finger and hold them in position while lifting the door up untill the locking tabs have the two hinge fingers locked, lift the door clear, reverse to refit) and remove the oven from the wall/cupboard place it on its back,
loosen & remove the fixing screws from the base & top, I can't remember how many there are(don't remove the hing support bracket screws) They main ones are on the side take them out and fit the tempory support self tappers one by one only screwing them in a few turns this is just to stop the cavity poping out too far. Lift the inner cavity away from the front escuheon untill those tempory self tappers stop you going any further. place the small bits of wood under the front lip of the cavity at the sides to give you enough room to fit the seal. start from the middle of the top of the door with the middle of the seal working it arround evenly as you go (move the blocks arround to top & bottom as you go) if you have too much or not enough seal when they meet at the bottom just work it round either way untill its just touches, doesn't matter if it doesn't join in the middle as long as its on the bottom lip, a light spray with silicon on the seal and drop the cavity back into position fit the correct screws, covers etc
CHECK NO WIRING IS DAMAGED OR PINCHED IN THE PANELS, NO TERMINALS PULLED OUT OF POSITION AND ALL EARTHS ARE SECURE.
good luck
