Mend Vauxhall Corsa Engine Noise Bearing

my corsa sounds like it has a ball bearing rolling around in the engine?

it honestly sounds like it , we have changed the altrnator and water pump , but it is still the same , hubby says he thinks its from the bottom pulley now , but we could go on like this forever
, sometimes it will drive fine , but using right hand turns makes the noise start . 1.4 auto , 1992... any ideas anyone please ???
