HOW DO I GO ABOUT MAKIN MY COMPUTER STOP EITHER GOING REAL SLOW OR STOPPING?

Your PC is quite old by current standards. However if it is running Windows XP it need at least 512MB RAM. Next you need to defragment your hard disk.

If you need more put a post in the Computers section with more information like: what NetVista do you have. (IBM made lots of models of this box.) and what Operating System.
