How to delete passwords off Canon ir5000/6000 photocopiers?

Now in service mode select copier, then function from the top menu. الآن في وضع حدد الخدمة الناسخة ، ثم وظيفة من القائمة العلوية. In the function mode look for one called PWD-clr. في وضع وظيفة البحث عن الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة ودعا احد clr. This is password clear. هذه هي كلمة السر واضحة. Select it and press ok. تحديده واضغط موافق. Press reset which is normaly the yellow button. الصحافة إعادة وهو normaly الزر الأصفر. Then turn machine off and back on. ثم تتحول من آلة وعلى العودة. That should do it. ينبغي أن نفعل ذلك.

Just one more thing to my last answer. Don't do as the last person sugested and short out the battery. This will also clear some of the system setting information from the pcb memory and the copier will have all sorts of problems. If you have already done this you will need to go into the adjustment screen in service mode and put in all the settings on the door lable and hope for the best.

Go into service mode by presing * button on front panel then 2 and 8 at the same time then * again. Now in service mode select copier, then function from the top menu. In the function mode look for one called PWD-clr. This is password clear. Select it and press ok. Press reset which is normaly the yellow button. Then turn machine off and back on. That should do it.
