Mend Mira Mixer Shower Hot Water

My Mira mixer shower does not deliver hot water?

Over the last 6 months or so the hot water from my Mira Mixer shower was getting weaker and weaker, it is now almost completely cold water. When I lower the shower head the water gets slightly warmer. Does that suggest block in the hot water supply? How can I fix it please? Thanks

you'll find the valves in the shower blocked maybe scale. the shower needs stripping down to gain access
