Mend Vauxhall Vectra Turn Replaced Ignition

vauxhall vectra-indicators dont turn off automaticlly?

we have since replaced a new ignition barrel ,every thing else seems to be working ok but when indicators are used they dont click off automaticlly .can you help .

When you were fiddling with the steering column you either broke or put back wrong the little lever that resets the indicator switch lever.
