Mend Vaillant Pipe Pressure

I have a constant leak from my Vaillant boiler?

My Vaillant boiler has a constant fast drip from the outflow pipe.
The water pressure is at zero if I try to adjust this up the drip becomes a constant flow.
What can I do?

the pressure relief valve sounds like it is stuck open ,you need to recharge ther expansion vessel and replace the valve .then check the filling loop is not passing and refill the boiler to 1.2 bar pressure
