My Craig Portable DVD Player (model CDV513) has sound, but no picture?

the problem is with the batteries not holding a charge. I have the same problem. If you use the car adapter or the wall adapter and plug it in first then turn on it should work. Which is ok if you want to be stuck to the car or wall outlet. You might as well just buy a dvd player and tv. Anyway I am trying to locate a service center to install new batteries or at least tell me where to purchase new ones so I can install myself. Hope this information helped. I will post again if I locate batteries.
