HI I HAVE A BOSCH WFK 2801 AND IT IS STOPPING AT 3 MINS WITH A FEW LIGHTS?

Hi,

I'm having the same problem. It only occurs on the Wool 4 cycle. Normal wash cycle is fine. In other words, the machine seems to be capable of draining the water but does not on this cycle.

Is this perhaps how it is SUPPOSED to work and one is supposed to push some cryptic combination of buttons to make it work?

If not is it likely that the electronic timing mechanism in the machine is jammed? Seems odd that is would be a physical problem when the timer stops on 3 minutes...

does it pump out water. or are you having to drain manualy??
if manualy it may be blocked, the hose that comes down from tub is the most likely area for a blockage...

also the pump might be faulty, or there might be something lodged behind the impellar blades..

to check this take out filter put prog to spin/drain, you should be able to see impellar turning....

if it doesnt it iether faulty or jammend....

with the power of put a long screwdriver in through filter and see if impellar turns..

remember power off when working on appliance....
