How can I fix my fridge/freezer?

I recently purchased a New Pol solid ice 150
fridge/freezer, which was layed on its side to transport in my car. The top freezing department finctions, but the fridge does not get cool, although the light comes on.

Not familiar with this model. Lying it on it's side causes no problems provided you have not damaged any refrigerant gas pipes. Likely cause is failed thermostat
