Mend Servis MM6614 Washing Machine Faulty

my brand new washing machine is faulty?

I bought a new servis MM6614 only last Friday and have been having problems with the programmes. It was running great until today when a wash wouldn't start. All the buttons are properly pressed and programme set to wash but another button flashes that should stay lit when wash starts. Wash is simply not starting.

Mine too - M6002 - brand new and just did one wash and now lights flash and won't do anything.
