hi, could someone please explain how to reprogram my car imobiliser?

i have a Daewoo Tacuma 2002, i'v had my battery die on me after i forgot to turn of my lights but know i'v got more serious problems with my car alarm not responding when i try to activate my alarm. please help!!!!
