HOTPOINT AQUARIUS TDL 30S?

The tumble dryer makes a grinding sound as it spins, I have investigated and there is a cloth type belt (not the drive belt)
coming away from the inside of the drum,Is there a replacement part and how difficult is it to replace.The unit is around 5years old and has had no problems upto now.
