non starting suffolk punch 35s?

i have inherited a suffolk punch which has not been used for 4 years and willnot start i,ve changed the plug what else could be wrong

Get a can of easy start and spray some in the air intake. These machines are fairly indestructible, lying around for 4 years is nothing to them, they just need waking up.

YOUR MACHINE COULD PROBABLY DO WITH A FULL SERVICE! CHUCK SOME FRESH OIL IN DRAIN ALL OLD PETROL OUT CLEAN ANY DIRT FROM CARB WITH CARB CLEANER OR COMPRESSED AIR MAKING SURE YOU HAVE A SPARK YOU SHOULD BE GOOD TO GO-IF STILL NO GO VALVES WILL NEED LAPING IN HOPE THIS HELPS.
