Mend Fisher & Paykel 603 Problem Started

Fisher Paykel 603 problem?

I started the machine it filled and suddenly the the lights went off and wont come on. Whats the problem? My electrical mains are working . Its to do with the machine kindly guide me.

might sound daft but fuse in plug or loose conector block inside washer were mains leed goes into washer and into power converter.at back of washer at the top
