make shure all water taps around and near boiler ar fully open also make sure that clod water mains tap is fully open [in kitchen}

you have got hard water build up in jets and channels in dispensor.take lid of washer and look were you put powder draw in to big long white thing!.take this off but be carefull not to damege water valves!!! simply click it apart and leave to soake in bleach .make shure you fit the valves back in the right places with the rubbers!!!!!! very inportent!!!!
