Citroen Citroen Dispatch Vehicles, Cars Engine Fan Working

check the fan is not seized if not check the engine bay fuses and if it is none of them it will be the fan switch it will either be in the rad or in the thermosat housing you need to take the connector off and bridge the two terminals if the fan then runs with ignition on it will be that sensor.
