Mend McCulloch Electrolux TM250 Strimmer Spark Plug Mcculloch

my McCulloch Electrolux TM 250 strimmer wont start?

i was using my McCulloch Electrolux TM 250 strimmer and it just stopped and now i cant get it started again,i have checked the spark plug,it still had half a tank of fuel,cleaned air filter, what else can i do.

Sounds like the coil for the spark plug has gone. this is the device that supplies the high voltage for the sparkplug.

You need to open the unit to get to the commutator.
Use wet and dry paper to clean this, then reassemble, hey presto,,,, it will start.
(its a 45min job)
