How can I fix my Sportcraft treadmill tx4.9?

My Sportcraft treadmill tx4.9 keeps reading all 8's on the control board preventing it from working...what is the problem?

Hold down stop&mode (at the same time) while removing the safety key then re-insert the safety key and it should reset it.
