bosch WF200 - spring suspension points?

How many points are there please on a Bosch WF200GB? Seems there might be one on the top in the centre but nothing there but a metal flap/hook towards the centre at the rear.
Have had very noisy washes then drum spun freely. Took the back off, put the belt back on but lots of small metal filings on the floor and one large piece (possible washer ?) Seems to be working on empty cycle now but...?
