how can i fix a micra timing chain?

nissan Micra, 1.0L or 1.3L will have a timing chain. its a big job to do and not for the faint hearted to attempt. to do a micra timing chain you need to be a competent mechanic, and will take you best part of a day and will have to strip the sump off along with the right side of the engine. it is two chains, one of wich runs from the bottom to the middle of the engine, then the second from the middle to the top. Use GOOGLE and search "micra timing chain instructions". this will give you a copy of the nissan service guide and full instructions of how to do it, but brace yourself. it snot easy..

new shape micra buble 1, not starting, trys 2 start inishally but then nothing. it sparks then stops as i have checked. is the timming chain causing it not 2 run cause streched and out of time.

I have a p reg micra which defo has a chain, not a belt. May be a belt if its a 1996 P.

it doesnt have a chain it has a belt !!!!
