Mend Ford Mondeo Diesel Exhaust Black

LOTS OF SMOKE?

I have a ford mondeo 2003 diesel and have noticed alot of black smoke coming out of the exhaust, alot more than usual

Black smoke is unburnt/partially burnt fuel. have you checked the condition of the air filter? Also check to see that there is no obstructions in the air cleaner in let.Also the injectors may need to be removed and serviced.
