I've just had a new door fitted and I cannot see any hinge adjustment. I can only see an allen screw in the centre of each hinge bar which I assume one would release to take the hinge pins out to enable the door only to be changed,of course with the door open and well supported.
I can only assume yours is an old door and itself has distorted under the weight of the glazing.
I can only suggest a cure I did on my large window of my previous house. I fitted a plastic wedge in the locking side of bottom channel of the frame about 3ins from the upright [style] of the frame and closed the window on it and adjusted the position and thickness of the wedge until the window rose up to the right position and closed I then fixed it with plastic glue. If the door itself has distorted then adjustable hinges would be no good anyway.
If there is a Upvc window/door supplyer near you ask their advice. They are usually quite free with advice hoping you use their services for replacements and or recommend them to others. sorry can't be the bearer of better news/help.
