Had same problem they told me that I had to send them £10 for a new one!!!!I only paid £30 for the whole thing second hand,would have thought they might replace something like it as it was faulty,the above telephone number is the correct one

I phoned the above number for a replacement belt for the BE5900 and they arranged for same day posting. We'll wait to see if it arrives but seems like a good service.
