Mend Sportcraft TX400 Treadmill Motor Sensor

Help me fix my treadmill?

I have a sportcraft TX400 and it stopped working today during my cooldown. All the lights are on but it doesn't do anything. I tried the manufactuers instructions on "reseting" it did nothing. I opened up and looked at the motor to check connections and adjusted the "speed sensor" and again no change....
