makes a noise but doesn't turn the engine over, what's happening?
my battery is charged. it started clicking at first but now just makes a whirring noise. what's keeping it from turning over. I can't imagine the starter could go out just from sitting all winter.
Sounds like the starter is spinning but not engaging the flywheel ........still sounds like a bad battery or connection ..
the batterys in the mower usually don`t last over 2 seasons if that ..
