Hello there are 2 sensors on the bottom of your washer behind the 2 front black pannels and both have 2 plugs on them. take the plugs off and they screw out hand tight. you can check them with an Ohm meter to make sure you have continuity(0.00 OHMS) if so they are ok. If one or both are open circuit (1) then they are faulty.
Next is a check on your heating Element this is up behind the right hand side black cover, it has 2 wires connected on it and is held in by a small nut on a thread. Diconnect the 2 wires and again using a multimeter check the resisitance of your element, it should be around 30 OHMS if really lower or higher than this it is faulty.
My dishwasher shown both sensors and element to be ok so I checked the 2 wires from my element to the PCB board which is fitted in the door (strip the door to get at it) they both had continuity.
I then reconnected all wires and plugged my volt meter onto the 2 wires for my element whilst a full cycle was on, I found out that my element was not getting Voltage from my PCb Board!!!.
I removed my board and found that the relay for the element was sticking. very hard to find but I got one from Electronics place. they Are 12v single pole normally open and deliver 250v to the element part no 60-0905 10 AMP make is FINDER and the supplier is rapid electronics.
Major technical but after reading the internet for days I managed to sort it. Does need a little technical knowledge. I hope this helps :-)
