Mend Bosch WFF 1201 Door Lock Washer

My Bosch WFF 1201's electronic door lock has jammed?

There was a 'pop' and the washer (WFF 1201) stopped. I changed the fuse and the machine finished its cycle but the door wouldn't open. I set it through another cycle but the door still will not open. Any ideas? Anybody know where to find a troubleshooting guide on-line?

The door won't open if there is water inside. If there is water inside it's probably because it isn't draining properly, and if isn't draining properly, it's probably because the pump is blocked. Try opening up the pump (bottom left of front of machine) and cleaning out anything stuck in there.
