Mend Cadillac Eldorado Door Open Work Button

1990 Cadilac Elderado the door will not open from inside or outside?

The power locks work, however, the door will not open the outside button feels like it lost a connection, it springs out when pushed in. The same with the inside handle, how can I open the door?
