My gainsborough 10.5kw SCL shower is constantly cold how do i fix?

My shower has plently of pressure and power to the unit. Can i buy the heating unit seperatly or is the shower for the scrap yard.

I'm having the same problem with the same shower...the only thing I can find is to go to the Gainsborough website and buy a new motor unit...anyone else find an alternative?
