How can I fix my Belling SGE 12X washer dryer?

Am having the same problem as the others but have had a new control module installed by an engineer and the programme selector switch is still doing the same thing as before - ie going round and round and not selecting a programme but taking water in and pumping it out without washing - is there anybody out there who perhaps knows what could be causing this problem - would it be the programme selector switch?

We have just had the same problem with our SGE 12X and the reason for it was a wire had broken off the pump. The last time it happened though it was because the pump was blocked. I hope that helps.

When it happened to mine it was the pump at fault it had a blockage.
