how do you change the barrell on pvc door?

Easy as long as you have one key. Insert key either in or out and with door unlocked open door. Turn key clockwise to about the 5 past/25 to position and withdraw the posi headed screw which is level with the barrel on the door edge. The barrel will now withdraw and a new one fitted. Please note the 'offset' - the distance from end to centre - may be different eg 35/45 or 40/40 just measure b4 buying the new one

Remove the vanity plate on the edge of the door that covers the lock.
Remove the single screw that is about keyhole level.
You will have to turn the key to free the cam.
