belt routing diagram for an old Murray riding mower?

I got the belt on but it must not be right.... when i engage the blades the belt stops turning. Can anybody help me?Model # 38608x12a.

Check the way you have the belt on,the -v-side of the belt should only be in a -v- pulley(the motor and deck pulleys),the flat side of the belt should only be on flat pulleys(should be one between tractor pulley and deck).
