i can't change the T.V. channel with the remote or manually. Do I take off the back panel or front panel? I've tried to re-scheluding the remote but can't change the channel.The T.V. was bought at SEARS it is a PRIMA brand 13 inch T.V./DVD combo. It is not the original remote and there is no booklet.
PRIMA has a tendency to build the button controls and ir sensor on the same board, so its a good chance that it is defective. I would return it to sears, or file a formal complaint with PRIMA.
