Mend Tube Small Coming

mini moto .. tube from carburater?

There is a small tube coming from the carburater and leads to nowere and this lets fuel flow out it. Can someone help me ASAP ??

This tube lets fuel out of the carb when it has flooded so the bike will start/run properly.
