How do I fix my Panasonic- Model no. KX-FHD331 fax?

I have an error message that says FAX MEMORY FULL but there is paper and the paper is not jammed but I am not receiving faxes. Nor can I receive messages manually.

I had to unplug the unit to clear the error. I couldn't figure out how to get it to print. It works okay now :/
