How can i fix my Renault Grand Espace mark iv, poor heating system?

my heater gots warm on tick over but when i start to drive the heater goes luke warm,the temp gauge stays on four bars,ive bleed the water system cleaned the matrix,but still does the same any ideas anyone

if anybody has problem with heater not working at all just dash lighting up on 2.2 td try heater relay in fuse box left hand side of engine compartment purple relay with large red wire large brown small yellow and black wires attached to it if it clicks that does not mean its ok try another test on it

have you tried bleeding the system? there might be a bleed screw on the left side pipe next to the radiator if there is start engine leave on idle loose cap on the resivour tank then loosen bleed screw( this should get hot water coming do this a couple of times and it should be better don't 4get to keep an eye on the resivour tankdon't let it empty!!!!
