back central locking doors not opening?

Probably not cnt locking prob. If lock button pushed down manually, then the inner opening handle is pulled the lock cam latch system locks and you cant open the door from inside or out. The dealership deny this is a design flaw and will change you a bomb to fix it.
To fix it you need to strip off the inner door panel. Then remove plastic safety covers around lock. The inner white plastic cover has a clip you need to push out of the metal hole in the lock mechanism. It is nr the outer handle connecting rod to the lock. It can be difficult to remove as there is only room for one hand. It is wise to take off the door handle held with 2 screws and the link arm connecting rod to the Lock. Push and rotate the plastic clip attached to this rod at the lock and pull out the rod end from this plastic clip. Remove lock electric actuator to ease access to the cams in the lock. Now you can see things!
Above the latch cam you have just removed the connecting rod from is a small cam with a spring under it. Behind this is the cam you need to push up to open the door. There is a small opening visible under and just below this small cam with spring about 3mm. In this gap you can push a small screw driver into it and with luck and a bit of fiddling push up the cam inside that is locking the mechanism. If you push the spring off the small cam as I did, you can easily put it back on after disassembling the lock.
Once the door is opened you will still need to dissassemble the lock complete with the 3 bolts at the lock opening. The reason for this is that the cam operating arm from the inner door handle connection has another cam (shaped like an L section) that will still be stuck in a down position and this will need to be pushing up to enable the lock linkage to be opened in the lock you pushed up to open the door. Spray with WD and clean where poss. Advice after reassembling is dont connect inner manual lock button connecting arm to the latch on the lock, just bend it down and away. You dont really use it with central locking and you dont want this to happen twice. Be Careful with the inner operating handle mechanism on the lock and dont pull it until you are sure it all functions again with the central locking attached (keep the door open!), otherwise you will have to release latch cams again. If you break the tang off the electric actuator connector to the latch arm connection of the lock, just wire lock it together through the aligning holes. The inner white plastic lock protection I didnt bother putting back as it was a pain to take off.
