how can i get my gibson refridgerator to get cold ?
i bought my fridge 4 years ago and it runs the fan works had a guy look at it and he said he could'nt find anything wrong with it the freezer is out also -model number is grt21prhws. so it won't get cold . thank you
I think the lady is saying she had a guy check the fan, and he couldn't find a fault with it !

guys an idi*t was working when he was there?????....depends did it thaw and then refreeze or thaw and stay HOT..........could be getting stuck n defrost...pn 215846606 is ur compressor running???
