Mend Triton Power Shower Hot Water

Triton shower will not switch off?

I have a Triton power shower that does not completely switch off when the stop button is pressed. The hot water stops, but the cold keeps on flowing. I have to use the main pull switch to cut off shower. Can somebody tell me what the problem could be and whether it has to be fixed professionally.
