Mend Audiovox axt2410 Working Call Service

Touch Tone not working?

I have an audiovox axt2410 and when I call a touchtone service it doesn't work. How do I change the tone so that the service will recognize it? I can't find the menu that will let me change it.

On the back of the base below the antenna there is a switch that changes it between tone and pulse.
