I have a 1997 1.9 megane td, the quick fix is to change the two on the right as you look from the front of the engine. The other two tucked behind the injection pump look a real monkey to get to, tried car mechanics but the answer was a bit vague. Have a cambelt swap and service to do in a couple of weeks and have invested in some fancy angled spanners so if i manage to get to them ill keep you posted.
