Mend Water Drain Spinning

water won't drain ,what shall we do next??

AT FIRST IT WAS SPINNING OUT OF BALANCE AND IT STOP.NOW WATER WON'T DRAIN AND WON'T GO TO NEXT STEP.WHAT SHOULD WE DO NEXT ????

try opening door if on the off postion if the water level is not to high uplug washer bail out as much water as you can then remove hot/cold hoses take m/c outside tip backwards locate sump hose black that goes to pump make sure somebody is holding the m/cmore than likely a sock in the pump

sounds like you have a blockage in the pump.unplug washer pull out m/c remove grey outlet pipe and put it in a bowl this should syphone water. out there may be quite a lot repeat until all water is removed.check pump for blockage
