I got a 300ZX and it came with an aftermarket CD player from the guy who sold it to me.I dont know why it wont work,I dont have much reference on how to fix it.all I know is that it wont turn on and its not the fuse.

Do u have power ie does it light up at all
Are the speakers actually there or did the guy take them with him??
There are usually two lives in, one for the higher amperage permanently live and one control wire usually from ignition, check because both need to be live.
Is it one unit or is there a seperate amplifier, you need power to both.
And check that the earth is actually earthed
Basically u need a mate with a multimeter to see if its the power in or if the unit is useless.
Also see if u can dig up a manual online.
