Mend Alpha Heating CB24x Radiators Boiler Plumbing

why won't my alpha cb24x give me hot water??????

we have changed the pcb (twice) and still cannot get any hot water in either radiators or general use, are there any other things that we can try?, it's getting very frustrating and very expensive. After the second pcb was installed we had everything working for 24 hours then it died, it sounds as though it is trying to work but nothing happens

Try ringing Alpha directly thier number for general enquiries 01732 783000 they will point you in the right direction for Alpha specialist gas engineers in your area. I have found in my experience that a lot of engineers are limited in thier knowledge of certain boilers and dont always understand the workings. It could be false economy having other engineers out.
