my zen micro has stopped goin past the start up screen it jst freezes at the ZEN micro screen after the water thing? and it jst stays ther it wnt turn off or nethin? help sumbody!!
the same thing happened to me, so i took out the battery and put it back in and then i hooked it up to my computer and turned on the windows media player and it went past it. then i synchronized it. maybe it will work for you too.
