How are Puddles appearing in my Nissan Micra (1997)?

I am pretty sure that its a rusty crack or something in the floor. Though it looks fine. Whats the best way to solve this problem? My Micra is a 2 door 1997 Micra. The puddle appeared on the floor in the passenger foot area. Has anyone else had this problem? All advice welcome.
