Mend Ford 5000 Tractor Steering

1972 Ford 5000 power steering problem?

My power steering stopped working. Took pump off to replace filter to see if that was the problem but couldnt figure out how to get the pump apart. Tractor steers but their is no power. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
